Typing

If you are a serious writer and spend too long on your computer, as I do, you may find that your muscles begin to hurt. Trunk, head, neck and shoulders are key areas for pain and we can also over-use the muscles in our forearms and hands. Therapeutic massage is a great way to relieve stress and to relax. It also stimulates circulation and detoxes the body. Gill El Najar specialises in Massage for Computer Users. She practises in Chorlton, Manchester and if you would like to contact her, let me know on my contact form and I will put you in touch. I can highly recommend it.
